Pink Panther Strikes Again

----------Possible Spoilers------------

Hi I just picked up the Pink Panther Strikes Again. A very entertaining film. I had a question about the video transfer. I know it is non-anamorphic but, I noticed some large white/grey horizontal lines that appear in the middle of the frame (I watched the 2.35:1 apsect ration)during some fast edits during the film. One instance is during chapter 24. There seems to be quite a large number of them just after he falls from the home gym and is interrogating the individuals downstairs. I am just curious if this is commonplace or is an error with the dvd.

THANKS
