imdb.com lists technical specs for many of the W & G shorts.

http://us.imdb.com/Technical?0108598

Looks like they say many are 1.37:1 (Wrong Trousers and A Close Shave, no specs for A Grand Day Out).

Full frame does not necessarily equal pan-and-scan.

Yeah, they were basically made for British TV.

Aardman rules!

I love all the stuff I have gotten from Aardman so far. Got Rex the Runt as a blind purchase and it's one of the funniest things I own. I haven't seen W&G for a while, but I love the sheep episode. And Chicken Run is a great film too!

Watch for the full length W&G movie in 2005!

I think the Wallace & Gromit stuff is some of the best filmmaking ever. I need to get these really soon. They're so funny and intelligent! I recommend these to everyone I talk to if the opportunity provides itself.
