Best Snow Movies

With the Winter season here and the release of Eye See You, it got me thinking of my favorite snow movies.

Fargo
The Thing
Dead of Winter
The Shining
Home Alone

What are some other Winter movies?

Just saw xXx this morning - and that Snowboard scene was pretty bad-ass... but that's not what you are asking huh?

I'll vote Fargo.

Hey, besides the other elements present in the mini-series, it's got snow, too.

My favourites have all been mentioned already:

The Shining
A Simple Plan
The Sweet Hereafter
Fargo
The Ice Storm

I always find seting a movie in the winter makes for great atmosphere. A technique that should be used more often.

Only real snow should count..

If it is about snow, then be it real. In the films mentioned above, only Fargo and A Simple Plan had real snow and cold. (Maybe Ice Storm had it too, I don't recall)

In LOTR, FOTR, the mountain pass sucked big time IMHO. If I cannot see any breath puffing into air...
