Frailty

Just a quick question, I'm hoping I can get an answer. I bought Frailty a couple months ago and was disappointed to find that there wasn't an insert.

I went back to Best Buy to ask them if that was normal, but they oculdn't answer my question, without opening other copies of the movie, which of course he didn't want to do. Something about not being able to sell them as new once they're opened.....

So, I guess my question is this: Am I missing an insert, or is this just the way the movie was packaged?

There is no insert in Frailty. The chapters are listed on the back of the case.

Yeah they dont have an insert, and I really hate that because the 1st thing I did was read the back and accidently read some of the chapter lists.
