Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas: Criterion Collection - Finally got around to getting this. It's one of my favorite movies but the price and availability have stopped me from picking it up earlier.
The Abyss: Special Edition - I was at Best Buy and went ahead and picked up the new slipcase 2-disc edition. Looks pretty nice, but still not anamorphic. |

Will Penny - a verrrry underrated Western, by Tom Gries, starring Charleton Heston, Joan Hackett, Donald Pleasance, Bruce Dern, and in his first film, Lee Majors
Nobody's Fool - sterling performance by Paul Newman, and other cast members, including an unbilled Bruce Willis Animal House - always a good film to enjoy multiple viewings of Honky Tonk Man & Where Eagles Dare - Clint's films are easy on the brain, and longgggg on enjoyment. There are very few BOMBS, and LOTS of surprise entertainment value. Who else is like this, today ???? The Limey - Terrance Stamp, what more can you say Safe - a hypnotizing, and totally captivating, acting performance by Julianne Moore Jimi Plays Berkeley - I need some relief from ALL of the movie viewing |

Red Dragon - I've been holding out for the money to get the Director's Edtion, but I realized I never felt the money was worth it. Best Buy advertised a $12.99 price for the standard edition, and I thought what the hell...
