Fawlty Towers Series 2 r2 problems - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

I've just bought the box set, and am pretty appaled at the overall quality of this badly MPEG2 encoded set, but during chapter 5 of the KIPPER AND THE CORPSE episode from sereis 2, it packs up. I've tried it on 2 players, so I know i've not got a compatibility issue.

DOes anybody know if this is a known problem, or do I have a one-off defective disk?

Also, if anybody knows if the BBC have a webpage for help regarding thier DVDs I'd appreciate it, their site is hell to navigate.
