A Very Close Call!!!!

well i decided to pick up Undercover Brother tonight because i bought Bourne Identity and figured i might as well to get 2 free DVDs.
so anyway just a few mins ago im getting ready to tear the sucker open to watch it when i look at the cover.....and i see Denise Richards ass and how good she looks and how im thinking damn i wish i could..................
well anyways while im checking Denise out my fingers were searching for a spot to dig my nail in to open. then my eyes kinda look down a little and i see the very very evil words "FULL SCREEN".
WOW THAT WAS CLOSE!!!!
i totally forgot that this came in Wide and Full. i almost did something i really would have regreted.

I had a smiliar experience with the NIN concert DVD, except substitute DD for Fullscreen and dts for Widescreen. Was just walking out the door when I noticed, so I quickly stepped back in and exchanged it.

I have to add that I think DD is perfectly acceptable if there's no dts counterpart. Fullscreen is never acceptable!

Almost got Back to the Future on accident in Fullscreen. I didn't notice that the back stated if it was Wide or Fullscreen. Close call, indeed.

It's a good thing Denise Richards' derriere stalled you for a moment! It could have been a catastrophe!

Of course, you guys know that Denise Richards settled out of court after filing suit against the marketing people of the studio for doctoring the movie's ads (she was upset because her backside was bigger on the poster)...

Sounds like when a girl walks in with a itty bitty waist and a round thing in his face, StinkPalm get saved from purchasing crappy fullscreen dvds.

Charlie Sheen's one lucky bastard. How did he pull Denise Richards?!

Speaking of georgeous ladies, Kristy Swanson did a cracking shoot for Playboy recently. Did anybody else see it?

Haha, I actually did see that. A while ago (when I had a car) some of the straight boys and lesbian girls thought they needed to get me into pussy, so they put many Playboys in my car ^_^ My lesbo friend Kelley and I "read" the Buffy the Vampire Slayer one.

Arigato,
Brook

I got the fullscreen release of this as a gift, and it's so painful to watch. I can even say to my mother while watching it, "Can't you see they're awfully cramped in the frame?" She replies, "Yeah, I guess they are..."

Oh well, that was the only version Wal-Mart was carrying at the time. My parents are well trained now to seek out the widescreen versions, even at the rental store. (Yes, our local rental store Movie Gallery now carries widescreen DVDs-- even when a full screen version is available! That's better than my local Wal-Mart, which stocks full screen almost exclusively on most titles if a choice is available.)

When I picked up The Bourne Identity at Wal-Mart, there was an older woman beside me fondling the full screen edition... I saved my breath since it's a Super35 film and I didn't feel like a useless confrontation on Saturday night.
