That's Season 6
I think you are referring to episodes 6x04 (Dreamland 1 ) and 6x05 (Dreamland 2) in season 6.
It's really funny when Mulder starts to dance in front of the mirror, with a relection of the fat guy staring back at him, mimicking his moves
