eXistenZ

DVD express has eXistenZ due next week listed as being anamorphic, any one know if this is true?. the sound is still listed as dolby digital surround though which is a shame as the film has a full 5.1 mix which played at cinemas.

the disc is anamorphic....

i donīt know anything about the sound but the package says dolby surround....

is it so difficult to produce a dvd with 16x9 enhancement AND a 5.1 dolby digital soundtrack (DTS would even be better *hehe*)???????!!!!

The disc is anamorphic, and despite the fact that it only claims to be Dolby Surround, It is indeed a full 5.1 soundtrack!!

I watched this disc yesterday, and the transfer gets an A+ from me. While the disc really is 5.1, It is not much of a surround showcase (which is fine by me)
