does anyone out there know what the deal is for canadian back to the future owners?

do we get a replacement for the screwed up framing?

any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for your information and we will send you a prepaid envelope towards the end of this month for you to return discs 2 and 3 in. Once we have received the discs back from you, we will send you the replacements.

Just mailed my discs today (after receiving the mailer).

FYI : I emailed the contact over the weekend, and was told that the new discs would be ready the end of March.

I wish I was an international customer though - they don't even have to mail back the original discs, they just have to provide a mailing address!

The USA number for BTTF return info is 1-888-703-0010. If you're looking for a general Universal number I don't have that. Perhaps someone else can post that if they have one.

HOLY CRAP ON A BAGEL BATMAN!
i emailed the woman at Universal (melissa.mcgee@unistudios.com) a couple months ago and was sent a pre-paid envelope. i hung on to it until last week since they were not expecting to have the new discs ready until may. i mailed the 2 defective discs on Monday May 5th, and i just recieved the new discs on Monday May 12th !!
go universal

i guess universal doesnt have their heads as far up their asses as we thought.
