Mits55 and Musashi74 might be interested in this one as well.

And the no-brainer, Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Porn Star: The Legend of Ron Jeremy. Such an obvious choice. How could anyone not want to see a film about an ugly guy who became a huge porn star and a cult hero?

Marq and orf (and others..): By Brakhage isn't coming out until May. We'll all have a few extra weeks to save up for it.

I will 'try' to get femme fatale, roger rabbitt, and CSI first season. None are high priorties, depends on how much cash I have (which as of late is a lot less then I would like).

Re: Releases for 3/25

[*]Femme Fatale (Warner Bros.)

Will rent.
[*]Jackass: The Movie (Paramount)

Is this really funny a second time around? I don't think I'll waste my money on this, but I could be wrong...
[*]Maid in Manhattan (Columbia/Tri-Star)

Doubt it. Would have to be cheap.
[*]Porn Star: The Legend of Ron Jeremy (New Video/Docurama)

I want to rent this. Seriously.
[*]Who Framed Roger Rabbit (Special Edition) (Buena Vista)

Yes. I will probably buy this.
[*]Futurama: The Complete First Season (Fox)

Or this... or both!

So probably... Futurama and Roger Rabbit.

WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT aka WHO "CENSORED" ROGER RABBIT
(book it was based on, yet, ironic) for me.

I think I might buy FEMME FATALE as a blind purchase (which I NEVER! do) based on the good DVD File review of the movie itself. Never seen it. This movie sounds like something I may like and I have a $15 Best Buy gift certificate burning a hole in my pocket, so why not?

RON JEREMY ... gotta rent this. Heard it was highly entertaining. We'll see !

I've been looking forward to Futurama on DVD for so many many months... and I cannot spend $50+ this weekend If I am ever going to save for better home theater equipment, I have to stop buying DVDS! It's like a double edged sword (or something!)

Straw Dogs Criterion, Futurama, Who Framed Roger Rabbit will be purchased next week. Femme Fatale may be considered, depending on my mood (a decent DePalma film, the first one in years!).

It would be super if I could get Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Futurama, and that Tom Green one, not to mention Wind Waker, but we still don't have any money coming in. Sometimes being in a college town sucks that way...

Stinkpalm posted about it in the Bargain forum. I think the deal is, if you buy Jackass along with The Osbournes season one, or 8 Mile you get $5 off. That's Best Buy, by the way. You also get a free wristband with Jackass, wow! Heh.
