New Amaray Cases?

I just received "Apocalypse Now" and noticed that the Amaray case is different - and not better. Typically the case has the center, ying-yang, "push here" button with four finger slots around the outside of the disk to pick it up by. The case I just got, though, does not have the finger slots. You either have to slip a fingernail down the outside of the disk or hold the case upside down so the disk falls into your palm.
