Which one?
I was recently on DVD Aficionado and I saw that there are two versions of "Rock 'n' Roll High School"? Which one is the better of the two? I've been planning on picking this up before but I never got the chance. Maybe I'll finally get to it now.

According to www.dvdpricesearch.com one of them has been discontinued. I'd get the one that's in print. (But that's just me.)
That took me about a minute and a half to find out. I'm sure if you did some research, you'd be able to find a list of features for both versions and/or some reviews for each within about 5 minutes. Compare and make a decision. Last edited by UserNameUndecided : 04-05-2003 at 07:26 PM. |

Man, "Rock n Roll High School" sure is a great movie -- you'd really suprised how many kids my age who supposedly "like punk rock" have never even heard of this masterpiece of cinema

I've got the New Concorde version (Lion's Gate).
On the back of the case it mentions that it includes an 8 page booklet, but there was no inserts in my copy. Anyone else with this title have this problem? I don't think any of my Lion's Gate titles came with inserts but the reason I ask is cause this one specifically mentions it on the back. Otherwise an excellent dvd, sure beats my old vhs that had been viewed like a million times

Complain complain complain
Get that booklet that was supposed to come with it. RNRHS is a good disc, I picked it up at Best Buy for only 10 bucks (and I would have paid up to fifty, as I am a gigantic ramones fan) The New Concorde version also has a picture of Joey Ramone with his years 19??-2001, really sad. |
