They were pretty good. Only ordered once from them. AZN seems to be a lot faster if in the US.

They have been a pretty great company to work with. Fast shipping and good selection. The owners seem quite nice and I've heard a number of great stories about them going the extra mile to make something right (if there is a problem).

Thier prices are a little high, but it's what you get for taking the risk out of importing the titles yourself. Although, their sales titles are often priced below what you can get the DVDs for on Ebay, so I guess it depends on what you are looking at.

You can do a search here and see quite a few people mention them from time to time.

I've had a good experience with HKFlix. All of my orders were fast (for Oakland to Virginia shipping, about 5 business days, which is pretty good), and support is excellent --- very fast and friendly. I ordered the single DVD Korean edition of Shiri --- as it said it had English subtitles and DTS, and I didn't want to spend the money on the 2DVD SE. I got the disc, and it had no English subtitles and no DTS. So, I e-mailed them, asked for a return, and I got all of my money refunded, the restocking fee waived, and $4 for return shipping. All in the same day I sent the e-mail, I think. Very nice. Definitely worth the higher prices.

I ordered my Malata all region DVD player from them and it came lickity-split. No complaints.

But the price there is way too high, you can get malata 520 below $200 on ebay including shipping. That's bloody more than $100 difference.

I just got my Region 3 copy of Hero with no trouble and got it 4 days after ordering it. So I'd say VERY good to order from. BTW, anyone seen this movie Hero? If not, BUY IT!!! It's that good.

Mine shipped on the 5th from Oakland and still hasn't gotten here. But, Oakland to Virginia through first class USPS isn't exactly that super-fast (it should get here today or tomorrow, though).
