Goody!

A great movie (enough to banish the memory of Vegas Vacation, perhaps) and some good looking extras.

Speaking of good looking, let's hope they include an unmasked full-frame copy of the movie. Not that we are plebs who hate widescreen, far from it, but just for the sake of getting the best look a Beverly D'Angelo's bristols.

Not meaning to be sexist in any way, but they really do her credit.

Over at HTF during the live chat a couple weeks ago Warner confirmed that we would get new 16x9 special editions of Christmas Vacation and Vegas Vacation before year's end (with European already in widescreen.)

The cast reunion track sounds like a fun one. I liked Chase's solo commentary on EUROPEAN. Funny how he kept saying "Hey this wasn't as bad as I thought it was!"

I don't know if they will, but I hope they include a lot of the alternate, TV versions of scenes. There are several scenes that have completely different lines of dialogue shot just for the TV release.
