They are advertising for a David Lynch dvd boxset, streetdate 4/25/2000, priced at $184.

contains: eraserhead (1993 re-release audio-remix edition), Dune (Theatrical & TV versions) and Blue Velvet.

No more info is given, does anyone have info about the specs (sound? anamorphic?)?

Well, since Lynch disowned the television version of _Dune_, I'd say that they're probably not the real deal. Guess I'll check it out, though...
