I've been looking everywhere here in Toronto, and have not seen a single one yet. So I sympathize.

As I understand it, we don't get the V2 boxes on the shelves untill the entire supply on the current ones are gone

That sucks! I have been holding off on getting this set due to the dvd errors. I might just do what all you have been doing. By the way, how long is the turnaround time from shipping your damaged dvds to getting the replacements?

I highly doubt these will show up in stores until all other copies are gone and then all copies from each stores warehouse are gone. It would make more sense just to get the current DVDs and send off 2-3, they will pay for the mailer. I sent and got mine back in a week

Will they still do that or is it too late to take them up on that offer of exchange?

I'm sure the exchange offer is permanent-the Jurassic Park one from Universal has been going for almost 3 years.

Plus, I believe the BTTF set is onsale for 34.99 right now-perfect time to get it cheap. Exchange process does not take long, and is definitely worth it.
