Flight is finally here!!

I can’t believe that Flight of the Phoenix is finally on DVD. This is without a doubt one of my all time favorites.

"What do mean model airplanes? When do you work on the big stuff?

And as a bonus I get Shattered the same week.

Life is good, yes yes very good.

Blind bought this today (Best Buy had it for $7.99 if you bought an advertised new release), and am looking forward to watching it soon. Love the Frank De Vol score (coupled with Jerry Goldsmith's Patton on an excellent Film Score Monthly CD).

... When I read the title for this thread, I though it meant FLIGHT OF THE NAVIGATOR.

I haven't had a chance to check my local stores to see if they have it yet.

I'd like to pick it up for 7.99 as well but it'll probably cost closer to $20. I don't care, I'd pay $40 for this one.

Watched it tonight, and it's one of my best recent blind buys. Excellent film! Too bad the dialogue sounds pretty muffled at times...

I guess I spoke to soon. I can't find it anywhere in my neck of the woods.

Maybe it'll show up this week.

And would all my American neighbors pleeeeeese stop quoting that $7.99 purchase price. I'm getting depressed.
