The release date of the X2 DVD is still tentative, but will either be towards the last week of September or the first weeks of October. Here are the detail of the DVD (Keep in mind, these may change):

I was going through the Playstation.com's Japanese site and came across the info for the Region 2 X2 DVD and just thought I'd give the details as to the features on the disc. Of course, some of these details may vary for the other releases, but I think the extras may be the same. My translations may be a little rough as well.

It's going to be released on Sept 12 and will contain the following features:

- 1 Dual Layered Disc
- Presented in 16:9 "Cinema Scope" size
- 134 mins
- Audio tracks (1) English 5.1 DTS (2) English 5.1 Surround (3) Japanese 5.1 Surround
- Subtitles (1) Japanese (2) English

Extras included are:
- Fox TV Special: Xpose - X2: X-Men United
- 11 Deleted Scenes: (Wolverine vs. Deathstrike, Cafeteria Fight Scene, Mystique File Stealing Sequence, Nightcrawler helping a child, Jean and Storm scene in the X-Jet, Opening Sequence, Camp Scene, Helping the Children, Rogue issuing commands of Refuge, Professor X's Victory, Professor X's return to the school by Helicoptor)

There's also a 2 disc set containing both Movies, with what looks like just the original disc release of X-Men. The extras describe it as a 1 Dual-layered Disc with all the original extras and manufactured in 2000. The 2 Disc set will be released on Sept 12 as well.

Dont get too hyped about the danger room scene, it wasn't filmed. All that was filmed was wolverine walking into a door that is the door to the danger room. No danger room sets were built, however they were designed
