Great news on Buffy!
Isn't that pretty much the same scedule as before? Buffy has been coming out one season every six months right? Seems way too slow to me.

Real glad to see they bumped Buffy Season 5 up and I can't wait to own Firefly. I saw some of the episodes of Firefly, but never got to see the whole thing. I know what I am buying on December 9th.

Yes.

All the 15 produced episodes will be in the set, including the 3 unaired episodes. Nathan Fillion (Captain Mal Reynolds) apparently recorded audio commentaries for all the eps, and will be joined by other cast members and Joss Whedon for a few.

Should be a great set!!

I've become a major DVD TV fan recently, so all these are purchases except Dark Angel (and that might change by then)... great news!

I'm all over Buffy like white on rice, but how's Firefly? I never saw it... is it a "recommended if you like Buffy" type deal, or no?

While it isnt as dynamic and its also more serious than Buffy, its very fun to watch, i really enjoyed it and it shows more of why Joss Whedon is a great writer and its entertaining and the acting by everyone is very good.
