I don't know about Profiler, but I have the Dark Angel set, and it is quite nice. Great audio and video, with some decent features. I highly recommend it for fans of the show.

Ahem, sticking with the original two options (since she obviously wants these, and we could be here all day recommending our personal favorites instead!

):

I have Dark Angel and am loving it. Season 2 will be out before Christmas, so might as well enjoy S1 right away.

Profile I will not buy right off, and perhaps never. An entire episode was dropped from the DVD. Why? Because of what seems to be a rights issue (perhaps even music rights). Anyway, I want to know more about this before I piss away my money on something I may regret.

But Dark Angel is an awesome release; among Fox's usual high standards for TV shows on disc.

it's ep.4(I'll Be Watching You).I can deal with that being off the set since it was not a favorite(just leave Blue Highway since that's where George gets mugged)

Look at it this way, Dark Angel will never again be shown on TV most likely (barring Sci-Fi Channel possibly picking it up), but Profiler is still in syndication on TNT and some local stations. So you can your fix of it everyday, while the only way you can see Dark Angel is to buy the DVDs.
