Chasing Amy twice?

Hello,

I preordered Chasing Amy at Express.com. The release date is 4/18. They report that this is a special edition, and that the distributor is Disney. I know that criterion is releasing this title. I am wondering if there are going to be 2 editions, one from Disney, one from Criterion. Or if Express.com doesnt quite have their facts right. Any help would be great. I know that if there are going to be 2 editions, then I will gladly wait for the Criterion version.

It is the same disc, its a disney and criterion co-effort. Also the release date has been changed with out a new date.
