DVDProfiler Help - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

I've never had problems with this program up until recently. I cannot add DVDS anymore by titles, only UPC. Anytime I try to add by title, I get a prompt with this message:

"BDISAM Engine Error #9217 Error reading from the table 'C:\Program Files\InterVocative Software\DVDProfiler\DATA\onlinelist.IDX"

The only thing I can think of is that maybe I accidently deleted one of the program files when I did a clean sweep on my computer? Anybody have any idea how to fix this?

If I uninstall dvdprofiler, then install it again and updload the backup file will all the dates for when I bought each DVD, and my own notes still be uploaded too?

Maybe run Clean sweep, see what files you deleted, & restore any profiler files if you backed them up before deleting. Good Luck!
