Being John Malkovich SE?

I saw the picture of the box art and it had Special Edition written at the top. I looked at the supplements and it was all basic things. Like, what about commentary with Spike JOnze and the cast. This just doesn't seem like an SE too me. And what about the directors involvement with this. I bet Spike had more involvement with the Three Kings DVD than he did with this one. Perhaps there will be some features that weren't expected

See - you're moaning long before the DVDs even released! For goodness' sake, what chance do the studios have with attitudes like this!? How can you start bemoaning the release just by looking at the cover art? Please see my topic about obsession with extras for more on this...because this is getting silly.

Do you not see my point here. They labeled the movie Special Edition, but looking at the features, all those things are mostly included on all DVD's. I'am not begging for the SE, but if your going to label as one, you better make it one. And I did reply to your post about extra features, but you didn't reply to it.

Maybe "Being John Malkovich" will have hidden extras on the SE DVD ("Chairman of the Board" had a hidden Carrot Top commentary, maybe this SE DVD has a hidden commentary).

Also, this will be a dual-layer disc, so you never know. USA Films could announce more extras before the release date.

Hopefully it has more extras. But companies usually state what's going to be in the disc a head of time. And why did you watch Chairman of the Board? Let alone, look for a commentary?

Hey, I liked "Chairman of the Board." I also like Carrot Top (I saw him in Vegas a few weeks ago). Don't you people like Carrot Top?
