Non-dubbed version of Street Fighter?

After watching Kill Bill and loving it, I started watching my Street Fighter movies starring Sonny Chiba, again. The English dubbing is really annoying though (go figure) Out of all the releases of this DVD...is there any with the original Japanese track with English subtitles?

This box has all Streetfighter flicks with the original soundtrack BUT they're out of sync (by a full second or more). And since there are also no english subs, it's pretty much only worth to get some original Chiba voice samples...

I have that box set, actually. That second language track seems off by a second because it's a Chinese langauge track! hehe... It's all crazy. I guess. Maybe with renewed interest from Kill Bill, these movies will get a little better treatment in the future.

That's a Chinese langauge track?!!!

Sounds Japanese to me...

... and reminds me of Mark Ramsey's Kill Bill review:

"Wow, that Japanese language is so funny! And it's not what they say, it's the uniform gusto they say it with. Everything sounds urgent! A Japanese guy could be asking if you want some tea or hysterically warning you that Mothra was about to crawl up your ass, and you wouldn't know the difference.

Tea? Or ass? Tea? Or ass?"

Anyway, I'll also cross my broken fingers in hopes that the renewed interest in Chiba via Kill Bill will avail better DVD treatment in the future. Wasn't there a Special Edition Laser Disc from New Line?

The LD of Street Fighter was dubbed too ...but i like Chiba's (dubbed) voice on it....I would LOVE it if they released a real Special Edition ..but sadly the film and its sequels are in public domain and i dont see it happening in the near to distant ....never...New line was foolish to ignore these movies ...I was A really really happy camper when i saw the first release on dvd .....C"mon Anchor Bay !!!!

BTW Im glad im not the only one who loves these movies ..and i hope to god Chiba gets some work after his amazing turn in Kill Bill I was really happy to see him working again (i had'nt seen a trace of him since "Storm Riders") ....VIVA CHIBA !!!
