Where did you buy your copy of Matrix Reloaded?

I pre-ordered mine from DeepDiscountDVD.com.

Where did you get your copy? (if you bought it today. )

Peace...

I'm waiting to see if I like the third film as much as the first 2, and if I do I will wait to see if they put out a box-set of all three films - that would be the version I buy.

No buy for me. I didn't care for this movie much. I only bought "The Matrix" because of the hype. It is a much better movie.

Plus, saving my money for Indiana Jones, Looney Tunes, Finding Nemo all in a couple more weeks.

I'll pick up a copy from Columbia House when it's available as an enrollment selection. For now, I'll be content to use one of my free Blockbuster rental coupons from MCI to view the flick just before seeing the 3rd installment.

Unless I can get it for $9.99 or so, I'm not planning on getting it.

I second that. I don't want to crap on this thread, but I just didn't like the first one and never bothered with the rest.

I picked mine up at a local electronics store (not a chain). They put out their DVDs as soon as they come in so I had it five days early... and watched it three times this past weekend!

Didn't buy. Holding out for the boxed set.

Odd, that 44% of those surveyed didn't buy the disc. I thought I'd be alone there.

I think a lot of people that are fans of the movie are doing as you are. Holding out for the eventual box set. With Revolutions coming out so soon after Reloaded that leaves less time to wait for the uber-mega-limited-special-edition super box set that will undoubtedly come out. At least that's my opinion.

Same plan here, but I am reloading by renting Reloaded just to refresh for Revolutions.

My vote went to won't/didn't. If they had been separate choices it would have gone to didn't as I owned Matrix, sold it when they announced the SE (subsequently cancelled) & now am waiting for the box set. Big difference between won't (which implies never) & didn't (which implies tired of double & triple dipping). If they weren't (Reloaded & Revolutions) so close together I might have bought it but I can wait a few extra months.

Hey Guys,

Did vote... Wasn't going to buy TMR, but got a gift card from CompUSA crying out to me to be spent... I've been extremely lucky and patient that I haven't had to double-dip yet... But I will when the Matrix box set ultimately appears.

I got mine at Circuit City, which is the easiest for me to get to on the way home from work. I could've gone a bit out of my way to Best Buy, but that extra disc seems to have stuff that's already on the first Matrix DVD and the Animatrix, both of which I already own.

Bought it at Best Buy. I'm not the hugest fan of these movies but I do think they're entertaining enough to own. I'm just doubting I'll bother with a box set in the future. The regular releases are fine enough for me.
But who knows, maybe I'll change my mind later on.

I got my R1 copy form http://www.playusa.com and it arrived early in the post, it came 09/10/2003.

I am waiting to see what kind of boxset they're going to release though and will probably get it. I don't like double dipping, but sometimes I will and this might just be one of those 'sometimes.'

I like the Matrix.

I bought mine at Circuit City, which looks like it will be my #1 spot to buy DVDs now.
This is for a number of reasons...the Base Exchange has a minimal selection of DVDs (I didn't even see Lion King when it was released), Best Buy is a half hour drive on a day with no traffic, and it looks like I am going to be supplementing my income with a part-time job at CC.

Best Buy here as well.

They had the Fullscreen and Widescreen all mixed together as usual and like already mentioned here 50 times, the copies with the bonus disk are limited and were kinda hard to see.

I also picked up another one of the Best Buy sampler DVD's, which has a coupon book in it.
