Has anybody received a copy of Fight Club yet?

There are a number of people posting messages on U.K. message boards that they have received their copies of the disc from either admitone-dvd.com or movietyme.com. Has anybody received it yet, and if so, who shipped it? Cheers!

Well for anyone who purchased theirs at mobshop don't expect it anytime soon. After the introductory email which comes after the cycle ends, it takes them about 5 business days just to send it off. But for $18, who's complaining?

The reason why we in the UK are getting the Fight Club disc early is that any UK suppliers of R1 discs do not have to keep to street dates. I usually get my DVD's 1-2 weeks before the US street date.

i got mine from movietyme yesterday (i live in the uk). its an absolutly awesome disc, by far one of the best special editions to come out on dvd so far. i havent worked my way through all the extras yet (it'll take days!), but from the bits i have seen so far the multi-angle stuff looked really well done. the menus are very good and well layed out, they are much more intuitive to use than on titles like the abyss. the fincher solo commentary is pretty good, and i have just started the fincher/cast track which sounds even better (& theres another 2 to go!). the picture and sound are both stunning, and i think the packaging looks really great it comes with a good booklet as well (which features some amusing quotes from critics who 'didnt get the film'). fight club was my favourite film of last year, and i'm pretty sure this dvd edition will be top of my list of best dvd's of this year.
there is supposedly an easter egg hidden on the 2nd disc somewhere, a smiley face which when highlighted shows you some 'fight club merchandise' - i havent found it yet though. oh and be sure to pay attention to the fox legal stuff when you load the film disc....

If you purchased a copy from Mobshop don't be too surprised if it shows up tomorow or Weds, they are in the air long before that last confirmation message is sent. Overall I've been very satisfied with their service but was a little pissed when they closed the last buy cycle on the 30th, and now have another 1000 orders or whatever, this could have lowered everyone's price below $17.95 but instead they started a new cycle at $20.95.

I live in CA and got mine in the mail today.

I found another subliminal message in the film. At the end, just before it fades out, there's a flash of a male organ, rather like the inserted bit Tyler does earlier in the film. Kinky bastards.

Yeah I noticed that one but its more than one
frame since its more noitcable, like 2 frames
for the dick. Also Remeber When Jack Moore(Edward Norton) arrives in his hotel
room and he see's a welcome on the television? you can see brad pitt in the far right. its not sublimnal but its pretty funny. later.

All in all, I'd say this is my #1 DVD so far, with my top five being Fight Club, A Bug's Life, Taxi Driver, The Abyss, Rushmore (Criterion).
