Netflix mail trouble
Has anyone been experiencing trouble returing movies or getting them from Netflix lately. There have 2 I didnt receive and 3 that have been lost in the mail going back over the past month. They have received some I have mailed back in 5 five days, while others have taken over 2 weeks. I live in New Mexico (yes it is a state in the US), which isnt very far from San Jose. Any thoughts?

This actually happened to Galaxy Quest and I never got it. Netflix emailed me to say that the labled had gotten trashed and it had been sent back to them. They didnt even mail it back, they just put it at the bottom of my list.

I thought it was just me! I had no trouble with them for a whole year, but then all of a sudden I've had 3 or 4 lost in the mail in the last 2 months. It's very frustrating. Mostly because I feel like they aren't going to believe me when I tell them what happend. Strange guilt going on, I guess...Anyway, I live in Tulsa, OK.
