Best Software DVD player - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

Can some of you give me opinions on what the best software dvd players is? I used to know a really good site that had all kinds of good downloads and reviews and such, but I can't seem to find it in the old favorites folder. It would be nice if it had support for decoder cards, as I have one. Thanks.

The one I've found to work the best as far as picture and sound is Powerdvd.
