Fantasia DVD help
OK I know Disney is discontinuing Fantasia and Fantasia 2000. I've become a bit disillusioned with Disney lately, but when I was growing up Fantasia was a huge favorite and important film to me so I really should get the DVD--and I liked 2000 as well.
So... I noticed that in 2002 they released a 60th anniversary disc for Fantasia. My question is--is the cut on this film ("fully restores"--tho we know they still have the censored bits) or any of the specials, or the quality ANY different from the Fantasia disc included in the Fantasia Anthology? If I buythe Anthology will I miss anything from the two individual discs? E |

No, the Anthology contains the regular release discs of both movies plus an additional third disc of extras. I highly recommend the Anthology. For more discussion on this and other details on the movies, check out these threads:
Should I purchase OOP Disney's or wait for the Platinum Editions? New edition of "Fantasia" may be necessary
