DVD Inserts/Booklets Replacements

Does anyone know if there is any way to get a replacement DVD Insert/Booklet? The reason I ask is because I just got Buffy Season 2 on DVD for Christmas and when I looked through the booklet I found one of the pages ripped pretty badly by the machine that folds the sheet into booklet form, and its annoying me like crazy.

Thanks for the help,
Pat

Just out of curiosity, has anyone else ever contacted FOX Movies on this problem before? The reason I ask is because I sent them an e-mail 4 days ago and still have not recieved a response.

I called them once to replace the 2nd disc in the "Cleopatra" disc (missing "exit" music). I got it about a week later.

Do a search on the discussion boards. I've posted Fox Home Video's customer service number several times.
