Eating Raoul !!!!!!

Finally, another of my 'wish list' titles is getting a release!

From Davis DVD.com:

Quote:
Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment have announced their latest batch of catalog titles making their DVD debuts. Look for the long-awaited Eating Raoul... on April 13th. The discs will all come with anamorphic widescreen transfers, Dolby Digital 2.0 tracks (DD 5.1 for The Velocity of Gary) and a selection of subtitles. The extras-less discs all retail 19.95 each.
I don't care about bare bones, I don't care about Sony's history, all I care about is that this title finally gets a release and it seems to be in the OAR.

Best news I've heard all day. Obviously a slow news day.

Looking forward to this.

GREAT NEWS!

I can finally get rid of my shitty VHS version.

This is one of the best black comedies ever made.

I've always had a fondness for Bartel's quirky film--I'm so glad I didn't buy the R2 disc when I ordered a batch of DVDs from the UK! Scratch another film off my enormous--but slowly shrinking--DVD wishlist!
