another "i don't know the name of this movie ...help me" thread
beings that i am on an inquisitive kick. i figure i'd ask about a freaking movie that i've been searching for for quite some time.
all i know is that it has a group of "warriors" and one of them is a guy that is half man, half tank. he's got the upper body of a man, and his lower half is a tank like vehicle with treads. that's really the only thing that stood out in my mind. i think it was also set in the future (post apocalyptic?). i saw the movie when i was a kid and it stuck just because of that tank guy. it's a rather cheesily done B-type action/adventure movie from either the very late 70's or early 80's that was rarely heard of (kind of sword and the sorcerer quality, but with a terminator futuristic like feel). i'm also not sure, but i think i remember the title being something along the lines of The Invincibles (definetly not it) but i think it started with "The" and i think the second word started with an I. then again, i could be wrong too. anyone know?

Wow, that brings back memories.
I think you are talking about The Eliminators (1986). Yes, I am a wealth of useless information. This movie is B-moviedom at it's best!

i remember this movie - it was promoted in Holland as "starring tasha yar from Star Trek". Now THERE was a kick in the pants for her career!
