WHV 2-Disc Set w/purchase of two 2-Disc Sets offer question - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

I recently got my free 2-disc WHV title only to discover that the plastic spindles holding the disc in the package were broken and the discs were scratched from having been loose. The discs skip something fierce, too. I e-mailed WHV customer service and was told to send my concern to the address on the shipping label.

And you guessed it: I had already pitched the padded mailer that the set came in. There was nothing else inside it, either.

Anyone still have theirs who can give me that address?

Pfft, I haven't even got mine. I'm just hoping they don't feed me any of that shit like "Yeah, so we're out of the movie you requested so we're subbing this movie you hate for it. Enjoy!"

I would try calling Warner again. Some of those customer service reps are real aceholes and will say anything just to get you off the phone.

That sucks.

I haven't received my free movie either, but they did cash finally cash my check ($3.25 for s&h) last week. If the package comes soon I'll post the address for you.

My DVD seems to be in perfect condition, so it was probably just a fluke.

in how many weeks do you get it? i sent mine in the beginning of january, and still havent' gotten it? thanx
