Spy Kids 3-d

Why does this movie get bashed so much? Well ok i know its kiddy and the story is thin but its pretty damn fun to watch and the 3-d effects were re-created on DVD perfectly if not better then the theatrical release.

the Spy Kids series are during what i like to call Robert Rodriguez's "Dark Days" and havent seen Spy Kids 2 or 3-D after seeing the first and totally disliking it!

Spy Kids

I loved the first and second in the Spy Kids series. But the third... to me it was kinda cheesy with alot of the lines, but I will agree the 3-D affects were good, and some of it was fun... but I probably won't add it to my DVD collection. A good rent though.

I haven't watched it yet. But I liked the first two movies. They are for kids so you have to keep that in mind. Stuff like Goonies and other movies from the 80s that I grew up on, some of that stuff is kind of dated but I still love the movies. I'm sure kids of today will look back on these movies with the same love.

I liked the first two, but the third seemed aimed at much younger kids(shouldn't it be the opposite?). And I thought the 3-D effect was shit(and I saw it in a digital theater). If you want REAL 3-D, go check out an IMAX 3-D "movie". My daughter did enjoy it, even though she probably had no idea what the fuck was going on.
