This is one of the few shows I saw the original pilot for when it aired. It was under a different name (but similar I believe) and had some different actors, but they changed it into Sledge Hammer. The first episode of the series is basically the re-worked pilot.

I remember this show. Very cheesy. David Rasche with the 44 Magnum. The chick in this show was pretty hot.

I'd pass on it. From what I vaguely remember, it seemed like a spoof to TV cop shows in the manner of the Naked Gun movies.

i got mine on saturday at best buy for 25 bucks great deal

I LOVE the packaging opens like a hard cover book and the dvds are on clear 'pages' and on the inside back 'cover' there is the

The Gospel According to Sledge:

gotta love that CONFIDENTIAL REPORT From Internal Affairs with the coffee ring stain on the cover, it has a neat file type setup that tells about the show and pics and DID YOU KNOW type stuff
