Your list of best Halloween DVDs

Okay, so say you're going to throw a Halloween party. In the background, or maybe even the featured event, will be the best Halloween DVDs. List your favorites here. (Don't go nuts with the list, just pick three or four. And remember to limit yourself to films that are on DVD.)

My list would be:
Poltergeist
An American Werewolf in London
Army of Darkness
Alien
(The first one.)

(This leaves a couple of the more obvious choices free for you other folks. )

Mine would be (in this order):

Halloween
Army of Darkness
Evil Dead
Evil Dead 2
Sleepaway Camp

Yes, I know the movies are out of order, but watching AOD first makes Evil dead even more creepy. Especially by the time, having watched 2 movies, you're beginning to feel a little tired and that's the perfect way to watch it.

In a few weeks it's gonna be The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

...and I'm one of the few people in the world who actually like the movie, on many levels. It's a weakness.

Oh, boy! What a great question!

Leafing through my collection, I think I'd cover my Hallowe'en party with BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN, ABBOTT & COSTELLO MEET FRANKENSTEIN, PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE, and my DVD of Hammer horror trailers (I actually don't care much for Hammer films, but the trailers are nice!).

Alrighty guys, try and beat this. Every Halloween I pull out about 30 movies from my 300 horror movie collection, and watch them back to back starting the morning of Halloween all the way up to the day after. Here's this years selection:

1. Zombie (Fulci's version)
2. Demons
3. Demons 2
4. Sleepaway Camp 1
5. Sleepaway Camp 2
6. Sleepaway Camp 4
7. Re-Animator
8. Bride of the Re-Animator
9. The Black Cat
10. The Beyond
11. Hellraiser
12. Hellraiser II
13. A Nightmare on elm Street (have to watch it every Halloween, it's a tradition)
14. Halloween (same rules apply to this)
15. Halloween 4
16. Halloween 5
17. The Evil Dead
19. Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn
20. Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things
21. Let Sleeping Corpses Lie
22. Last House on the Left
23. Bad Taste
24. John Carpenter's The Thing
25. Alien
26. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
27. Plan 9 From Outer Space (downright creepy)
28. The Shining (a must)
29. The Exorcist (this will keep me awake for the next title, the grand daddy of cult movies and horror which can only be known as....
30. The Rocky Horror Picture Show!!

Re-Animator
Bride of Re-Animator
Vampires (Not really horror, but brings back memories of a cool year, seems so much longer than 2 years ago)
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Night of the Living Dead (Elite)

And I'll bet that as soon as my Rocky Horror DVD arrives, it'll be on that list

How about these:

Young Frankenstein
Prince of Darkness
Fright Night
Phantasm(the only movie when I was younger that actually scarred me)

I tried to keep with ones not already mentioned for variety so needless to say a lot of the ones mentioned earlier I also like.
