La Belle Noiseuse is the only one that I'll make an effort to see right away. I don't need to see "Cold Mountain" again. I'll wait until I'm in the mood to see "Blazing Saddles" again. Die Mommy Die! sounds interesting enough to rent. I don't know what Driller Killer is, but if Marq et al are interested, I'll keep an eye out for it.
As far as the rest of the "big" releases go (Perfect Score, Barbershop 2), I'm not planning on making any sort of effort to see them.

One of the best films of the 90's that I will be buying: La Belle Noiseuse.
Nothing much else of interest, but I may pick up Cold Mountain.

Just one this week:
Blazing Saddles - One of the funniest movies every made. Luckily July overall looks light on my "must get" schedule as well since from August through the end of the year I will be adding lots of shiney disks to my collection.

Just as Marq said I'll also be avoiding at all costs Dracula: Dead & Loving it.

It looks like just Blazing Saddles this week for me, I'm also really curious about Driller Killer though so I might pick it up blind if I find a copy.

Another week of no purchases. I might actually get caught up on my catalog titles that I'm behind on.

I am definitely getting Dracula: Dead and Loving It.
Sounds like I'll have no problems fiding a copy as everyone else is avoiding it. -Flash

Wonder Woman Season 1
Damn did that bring back memories... now why the hell can't MY plane crash on an island enhabited only by large breasted women, fit women who have never seen a man before.......... May pick up Barbershop 2 and Cold Mountain. I really liked Barbershop and hope that 2 is good. They both may end up being rentals. Last edited by Velvet G : 06-30-2004 at 02:55 PM. |
