Odd Envy cover art

This cover art for Envy kind of stood out to me when I saw it at DVDAnswers.com. As bad as this movie did (and after so many delays), I would think that we'd want Stiller and Black's heads up there, the bigger the better. Their exclusion is probably a sign of how little Universal cares about this movie.

This is already a change from the original art, and in this case, its for the better.

Is this a fact you heard somewhere, or just speculation?

No change of cover art will improve this film. :flush:

Sorry you didn't like it. I have not seen it, and might someday buy it blind when it ends up in its home at the Wal-Mart $5.50 bin. I'm interested just because I really like Black and Stiller. Is this something you'd recommend I not do? Thanks for the advice.

You might want to rent it first. Everyone has their own taste. That's just my opinion. I like Ben Stiller. Jack Black is a hit or miss actor with me. I wished the had joined in a better project, that's all.

Can't blame Jack and Ben from wanting to distance themselves from this turkey. Too bad. I thought Chris Walken's character "The Jay Man" was pretty funny.

after several friends said they loved this movie, i decided to blind buy it, and i am so glad i did, it is hillarious, and i don't understand why alot of people hate it

I'm kind of pissed that there are pretty much no extras, but perhaps the film will develop a cult following and universal will put out a special edition

Also, "the jay man" has got to be one of the funniest characters from any comedy in the last 1o years

i agree with sharpshooter. it was a funny movie. "J-man" was funny and Walken played him well. the lack of extras disappoint me

That coverart is horrable, it looks like a documentary or something if you look at it w/o knowing what it is.

I actually enjoyed this movie, its nothing i'm going to go out and buy anytime soon (ill probalby pick it up for 5 bucks soon). but yeah, i see why everybody hated it, but alot of people just didnt give it a chance and went by hear-say.

I'm just a fan of christopher walken i guess... but i dont want to see kangaroo jack
