I just bought this dvd today. While i was watching the "Borats Guide To Patriotism" it cuts off and it goes back to the menu. Is that the end of the segment or what? did i miss something?

I watched this bonus scene last night too. I didn't feel it cut off at all. It seemed to come to a logical end. If recall right, it ended right after the obsessively patriotic, homophobic Vietnam vet basically "admitted" to wanting to pound all gay San Franciscans up the azz, as per Borat's suggestions. End scene and cue return to menu.
Is this what you recall right before it cut away, or was it perhaps before this - if so, it sounds like a glitch with your copy...?
