The Explorers (DVD Specs & Cover Art)

I know there's probably not many people here who really care about this movie but it was one of my childhood favorites and I'm happy to see it won't be getting an entirely bare-bones release.

Hey, I loved this movie! I'm partial to the first half, like most people, but like the second half as well. I never realized Joe Dante directed it.

Think you'll find this has quite a fan base.

Bit of a disappointing release though...just two deleted scenes and no trailer?

I'm sure Dante would have provided a commentary, and hows about the entire alternate version of the film once they're up on that space ship?

Love this movie. First half...awsome..second half..just ok. The aliens turned out to be kiddie for me but it was still a good movie.
