I thought it was as good as the Criterion. Transfer is also not bad considering the the company thast produced it (Fox Lorber/Winstar). Also, you might just get a kick out of the animated menus. They are quite entertaining, for menus that is. Except for the deleted scenes, I found the Winstar disc a great replacement for the Criterion. Not too shabby.

I have the movie, but I haven't yet listened to the commentary. I have to say that I was pleasently surprised by the overall quality of the disc. It was better then I expected.

I got it with Hard Boiled in a crappy flimsy box. Both have commentary by Woo and someone else - Terrance Chang I think. Both are very similar and very entertaining at times although I find it hard to listen to them talk with the subs on.
