DVDs with "Help" - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

Hi! I watched my recently purchased "Silence of the Lambs" (Criterion) DVD last night and I noticed the main menu had a "Help" option that explained how to navigate through the DVD menus and stuff like that.

This is the FIRST time I've seen "Help" on a DVD. Is "Silence of the Lambs" the only DVD with this help menu or are there other titles that offer help?

Tomdkat,

I know some of the earlier Criterions have that as well. Hard Boiled comes to mind. I guess in those long gone days of yesteryear they felt people would be too confused with this new-fangled DVD menu system.

I rented this title, and doen't remember seeing that. I don't think I've ever seen such a feature. Hmmmm...

chlngr1970, on the main menu "Play Movie" is at the very top and "Help" as at the very bottom.....
