DVD Returns - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

Hey,

I know that I'll probably be getting two copies of Gladiator for Christmas, and I was wondering which retailer was the best at accepting returns as I want to exchange one for the Se7en DVD. Is CircuitCity okay? Suncoast? The Wiz? I don't want to ask them where they got it, in fear of hurting feelings.

Welcome to the forum!

This really belongs in the off topic forum, so I'll move it there. On Tuesday, just call arround and tell the clerk that it came from them, you have no receipt as it was a gift, and ask them of the policy. I'm pretty sure Best Buy(well I work there anyway) will exchange it if it is not opened. Another option might be to see if anybody here or at the HTF might be interested in a trade.
