Does anyone know if this movie is coming to dvd in the near future. It is a film that I really enjoyed.

I remember seeing on another forum that P. Staddon(Senior V.P for Fox marketing) said that Predator 2 will be released on DVD, but it might be a while. Fox wants to stagger it's "A" list titles so they don't over saturate the market. I'm hoping that by the end of 2001, they'll feel that the market is ready.

Like you, I'm ready right now. Especially after watching the improved version of the first film, which kicks major ass!

Yes the first one is good,but I feel that S.Hopkins did such a great job with second movie. It moves so fast and the setting for the film is supercool!!
Hope it will be given a commentary and some extra stuff.

Part 2 was one hell of a good sequel! Look for the alien head on the Predator's plaque of trophies near the end

I seem to remember him saying in the chat that it would not be coming any time soon, which means 2001 is certainly out.

I believe it was 4th quarter 2001 that they were aiming for.
