What exactly is new in the Uncut Dawn of the Dead '04?

I bought it today, but I could not really notice very much which was added, except for maybe Foree's extended lines. Does anyone have a list?

Dude, just so you know, there is already a DOTD '04 thread in action here. Perhaps to clean up the clutter, you might want to revoice your question (and it is a good one) in that thread.
