How do I play PAL on an NTSC set - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

I have a DVD player that does both PAL and NTSC. I have 2 PAL DVDs so far and tried last night to play them for the first time and I know my TV is not PAL compatable (D'oh). I can try my other set, but would like to keep everything where it is.

Also where can I get a converter just for PAL (europe) to NTSC. I don't want to spend much more than $100. If you guys can help me many thanks.

Third Question:

Samsung SV-5000W Worldwide Multisystem Converter VCR

Will this convert DVD signals or can I use a multi system VCR to convert my PAL dvd signal to NTSC format.
