has anyone recieved more than 1 DVD on that offer¥newline/Warner bros¤ it says only 1 per address/name?
also has anyone received a free dvd without the receipts enclosed, when you sent the form to the people¥I lost some of the receipts¤THANKS

they are very strict about the 1 per household rule. i have recieved a bunch of free ones by having the discs sent to friends and family. i have always incuded the proof of purchases and recipts so i cant help you with the second question.
