OK, It's 4:30 in the morning and I'm restless as shit! I don't feel like going to sleep, so I figured come up with a new topic for DVDFile. I just saw on Showtime that they're showing Private Lessons, one of the defining movies of my childhood. What's your favorite sex comedy? That includes movies from the 80's like My Tutor,Private Lessonsor Private Schooland the movies from the 70's like the Emmanuellemovies or those cheesy french movies that were dubbed in English

Granted, Short is more a comic leading man, but Annette looks great in it, and shows off a fair amount of flesh!

Not an all time defining moment but Up the Creek wasn't too bad for R rated. On the pron side the one that will stay with me is Hannah Does Her Sisters!

Not very funny, but I was surprised at how much full nudity was shown on Cinemax 10 years ago when I saw "The Bikini Car Wash Company" and the women were both fine and natural. I ran across the DVD a couple of years ago at a rental place and it was an R-rated mess that cut out most of the nudity. So who has the rights to this one and how does one encourage a release of the unrated version?

My adolescent sleepover memories include Basic Training, a T and A version of Private Benjamin, and Hard Bodies 2 (I only remember a topless cruise ship guide, but that's probably the whole point)--boy, video store clerks would let kids rent anything back in 1990!
