I'd say something perverted yet slightly witty about it being worth it for some Asia Argento nudity... but frankly she's nude so often I don't even care about that.

Not the first horrible movie to get a better DVD treatment than something amazing like Sex, Lies, and Videotape...

The only reason this pile should get a directors cut is to explain why the hell it's called XXX. And can Ice Cube be the new XXX? He doesnt have the tattoo! Isnt the entire movie based around a tattoo that has no meaning?! Maybe...ack...head hurts...........................

Maybe in a couple of years if it ever reaches cult status for being so bad it is actually good. For now, I will probably hold off

So you'd buy a movie you don't like just because it "reaches cult status?"

Of course its necessary. This is universal studios we are talking about and they have a sequel coming out to an at best average film.

Does this really surprise you?
Examples- American Pie Movies, Mummy Movies, Bourne, Fast and Furious

Uh, not to burst your bubble, but XXX is a Sony/Columbia/Tri-Star release, who is probably more notorious for the double-, triple-, and quadruple-dips.

I don't like most of my DVD's. I only buy them because I'm trying to win a popularity contest that's going on inside my head.

Was the film itself necessary at all, along with its sequel(s).

I've never been so bored at the cinema as I was watching this.

You have to love the The Final Chapter: The Death of Xander with Khristian Lupo as Xander Cage feature.

Honestly!

I remember the hype around this movie as they were saying XXX was going to become a popular franchise like James Bond is. The only problem is in order to become a hugely popular franchise (like Bond) you can't make sucky movies which is exactly what they did with this pile of crap.

Can anybody explain to me how me managed to lift the motorcycle he was riding over a tall chain link fence?

Anyway, back on topic..NO...an unrated directors cut is NOT necessary other then to remind the public that this piece of crap exists and to sell a few more copies to the few fans this movie actually has.

We're talking about Vin Diesel. His movies always have to be sucky, in order to have that wacky (action hero) element.
